Mr. Guziec's Fourth Grade classroom participates in the TIC Program (Trout in the Classroom). We are currently on day 117 of raising the eggs to the fry stage. The Brown Trout eggs are sourced from the Randolph Fish Hatchery. We have approximately 175 healthy, young fry. Our goal is to release them into our local watershed as fingerlings in June. Due to the large amount of fish we are raising, we decided to name them all George.
Monday, Mrs. Emmott's Pre-K class made their own personal pizzas for lunch with the help of the food service staff. They stretched the dough then topped it with sauce, cheese and pepperoni so it was all ready for the kitchen staff to bake it for them.
