MISSION STATEMENT
It is our goal to provide safe, professional and consistent transportation while adhering to the highest standards for the safety of our students. This professional conduct extends throughout all aspects of transportation; to and from school, educational field trips, sports trips and all other approved activities.

All transportation requests for the Cassadaga Valley Central School District to non-public schools for the upcoming school year must be submitted to the Transportation Supervisor, Kristin Sercu, or District Clerk, Melissa Wilson, as per New York State Department Education Law §3635(2).

Forms should be submitted to the CVCS Transportation Office no later than April 1 of each school year. Click below for a sample request letter.
